Parties are 2 hours in duration. You have access to the playground and your party room throughout your full 2-hour window.

Glowplay is a parent-supervised facility. Please ensure you have enough adults to supervise the children in your group. We suggest no more than 4 children per adult. Staff are available to assist with gathering the kids, clean-up and answering any questions you may have.

Parties can be booked online through our website. Availability is on a first-come, first-serve basis. At the time of booking a non-refundable deposit is required. The remaining balance is payable at check-in.

Additional party time can be purchased as an add-on in 30-minute and 60-minute intervals, if time and space permits. Please contact us at hello@glowplay.ca to verify availability before booking and to confirm its addition to your party after booking.

You may access your party room 30 minutes before your event to set up. We aim to have the party rooms clean upon your arrival, but staff may be finishing up during peak days. If you require additional set up time, you’ll have to add-on additional party time at a cost.

The birthday child counts as one of the included child admissions. For example, If your package includes 8 children, your child + 7 additional children would be included.

You may add additional guests to your party booking at any time, as space permits so long as you do not exceed the capacity limit for your party room to most party packages, except the indigo package.

We recommend adding this at least 2 weeks in advance as space can be limited on weekends.

It is easier to remove guests 24 hours before your party than to add them later!

We cannot allow guest beyond each room capacity limit.

You must upgrade your party package to account for your total group size or lower your guest list

There are no exceptions to this so please plan accordingly and in advance to avoid disappointment.

Please choose your party room based on your total invite list. Capacity limits are firm and booking a room that is too small for your group puts everyone in an awkward situation.

If you anticipate 40 people, please do not book a room that has a maximum size of 20.

For weekends it can be very busy, with parties booked back to back and we do not have other rooms to give to you last minute.

The maximum party size before a private party is needed is 36 people.

If you have exceeded your total room capacity, Glowplay reserves the right to cancel your party for non-compliance. Your deposit will be forfeited.

Yes! While the interactive parties include a digital set up on the table and wall, the standard rooms include standard seating.

Feel free to bring decorations as needed. Go big, or keep it simple, it is up to you.

Please ensure you have painter’s tape or removable putty for the walls to avoid any damage.

Glowplay does not have a café or restaurant on site. Outside food is required as we do not provide food here. You may bring your own or have it delivered. We are a nut-free facility.

No alcohol or hard substances of any kind are permitted at any time, under any circumstances, including private events and will result in your immediate removal from the playground.

Grip socks are mandatory for all guests entering the playground. You may reuse/bring your own or they are available for purchase for $2.50 + taxes.

Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred as follows:

• 14+ days advanced notice of change:

  • Deposit is converted to an e-gift card that can be used towards general playtime or re-booking a party at a more convenient day/time.

• Less than 14 days notice of change

  • Deposit is forfeited
